Our Bra measurment service

After the 4 Stage Process -
fulfilling your order and contacting you
After you have completed the 4 Stage Process, we will receive your order details and payment details. If we have a query with your order that we would like to discuss with you, we will call you on your contact telephone number, usually within 24 hours. We will then confirm availability and delivery by e-mail, usually within a further 48 hours, fully confirming your order and payment. We will also advise you of a delivery date, which will normally be within 7-14 days after our confirmation.

If we have difficulty reaching you, we will write to you within three days and ask you to contact us. If we have not been able to make any contact within five days, your order will be automatically cancelled and payment will not be taken. No quibble cancellation and returns policy
As a responsible retailer, we always ensure you have seven days from placing your order in which to cancel both your order and payment. Also, if you are not completely happy with your bra(s) when you receive them, you have a guaranteed no quibble seven day period in which to return your bra(s), in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund of the price paid for the returned goods and associated postage and packing charges. You also have a 60 day guarantee against faulty materials and manufacture. You can contact us at any time if you are not happy with our products or services.

When returning goods, we strongly advise you to use the Post Office Recorded or Special Delivery Service, so that you have a record of the return.. Bra Sense Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which have not reached us unless there is a written record of their despatch.

Delivering your order
Every item in your order is carefully checked by us before despatch. We will deliver your order to you at your cardholder address, or at the delivery address you enter on the payment page. Delivery will require a signature by you or your representative. If you are not in, you will be advised what to do to arrange for collection. We will also contact you by e-mail to notify you of despatch and to check that you have received your delivery. If you have not received the goods within 3 days of our e-mail, please call our Bra Advisor Service and advise us. If we cannot reach you by e-mail, we will try and contact you by phone or post. Making a Return
Should you wish to return some or all of the items we have sent you, please complete the returns document we will have enclosed in your delivery. Using the returns package also enclosed, please return the items to us, unworn in their original packaging and condition, within seven days of receipt by you. When returning goods, we strongly advise you to use the Post Office Recorded or Special Delivery Service, so that you have a record of the return. Bra Sense Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which have not reached us without a written record of their despatch.

 

Refunds and Exchanges
When returning items for refund, we will refund the price paid for the items you have returned correctly and the associated postage and packing charges by crediting the cardholder entered on the payments page. Bra Sense Ltd will not refund any costs you have incurred in returning your items to us.

Should you wish to exchange one or more items, please contact our Bra Advisor Service, where we will be happy to help you to arrange this, using our returns and exchange service.

In the event that you find our bra faulty in any way within 60 days of delivery please contact our Bra Advisor Service, who will arrange for its return and either making a refund or supplying a replacement at your discretion.
