Bra Sense aims to bring you fit, comfort, quality and value, shopping over the Internet from your own home, with the help of our Bra Advisor Service just a phone call away. Our ranges are chosen for their high quality materials, design and manufacture. We work to bring you the best models, carefully selected to make you feel good from the moment you first wear your bra.
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The service is now available to all shoppers resident in the UK.

The opening hours of our Bra Advisor Service are;

Mon-Fri: 7.00am-10.00pm
Sat: 10.00am-4.00pm
Sun: 10.00am-4.00pm

How to use our Website and Bra Advisor Service
We invite you to follow our simple 4 Stage Process to find the right bra for you.. Call our Bra Advisor Service at any point, for help and advice in: using our website, measuring yourself accurately, choosing your bra, placing your order and making payment, or to answer any other question about our service.

Achieving Perfect Fit is the first stage in the 4 Stage Process. This highlights what makes a bra fit well. Use the mouseover for detailed information about each fit point.

Fit Finder is the second stage in the 4 Stage Process. This asks you to measure yourself carefully and enter your measurements in inches to the nearest inch, so that we can carefully calculate your Bra Sense size. Your personal measurements are only used to calculate your Bra Sense size and are not retained by us.

Bra Finder is the third stage in the 4 Stage Process. This offers you selections in your size from our ranges and invites you to choose the model, colours and quantity you wish to order.

Order, Order Summary, Payment and Delivery Details make up the fourth and final stage of the 4 Stage Process. Your chosen model is presented on the orders page, inviting you to choose the colours and quantities you would like. The Order Summary page allows you to review your order and amend it if you wish. The secure WorldPay payment pages gather your personal, delivery and payment details. All information will be held by us in accordance with our privacy policy. After the 4 Stage Process - fulfilling your order and contacting you
After you have completed the 4 Stage Process, we will receive your order details and payment details. If we have a query with your order that we would like to discuss with you, we will call you on your contact telephone number, usually within 24 hours. We will then confirm availability and delivery by e-mail, usually within a further 48 hours, fully confirming your order and payment. We will also advise you of a delivery date, which will normally be within 7-14 days after our confirmation.

If we have difficulty reaching you, we will write to you within three days and ask you to contact us. If we have not been able to make any contact within five days, your order will be automatically cancelled and payment will not be taken. Please view our privacy policy for further information.


No quibble cancellation and returns policy
As a responsible retailer, we always ensure you have seven days from placing your order in which to cancel both your order and payment. Also, if you are not completely happy with your bra(s) when you receive them, you have a guaranteed no quibble seven day period in which to return your bra(s), in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund of the price paid for the returned goods and associated postage and packing charges. You also have a 60 day guarantee against faulty materials and manufacture. You can contact us at any time if you are not happy with our products or services.

When returning goods, we strongly advise you to use the Post Office recorded or special delivery Service, so that you have a record of the return. Bra Sense Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which have not reached us unless there is a written record of their despatch.


Our suppliers and ranges
We select suppliers who will concentrate on the things that matter to you - our shopper. Their designs must be appropriate for your size and fit and be readily available in normal circumstances. Our ranges are very select, concentrating on only the most appropriate and practical models for our shoppers.
We review our suppliers and ranges every six months to maintain our promise to always seek to bring you the best fit, comfort, quality and value available.
